Educated and experienced in various levels of government and policy in the international space Andrés holds a world view and is deeply committed to ensuring social balance, opportunities for advancement and collaboration, interpersonal development, and organizational efficiency that is built through a depth of global and international work, travels, and training.
Whether working at the United Nations, the Organization of American States, or through experiences as a member of intergovernmental teams working across borders, the skill to identify people's strengths, organizational effectiveness, and opportunities to overcome barriers and build value-added programs, services, ad support people to achieve their goals. Polanco is well traveled and experienced in serving organizations at various staff levels throughout the globe, leading to an understanding of the critical need for strong interpersonal dynamics and respecting differing viewpoints as a means of fostering dialogue to achieve positive outcomes.
Polanco currently works in non-profit and organizational management with clients in an interim and ongoing basis. Management of organizations includes national voluntary based organizations with international memberships and reach. Furthering the scope, Andrés supports the market development and exposure of U.S. national companies with a desire to grow and elevate international presence.
Personally, Andrés has a passion for people, cultures, travel, and experiences. He is the youngest person from Colombia to ever visit 100 countries by the same age he did so. A goal is to continue to increase and reach every country in the world.
