From governance and leadership training, professional development, and conference planning, to membership recruitment and retention, to public, community, and government relations, Karen has seen and done it all in her 20 years of senior association management experience – the last eleven of which have been at ARC. From her naval commander grandfather, she has developed her personal motto of “make every day count.” In her leisure time, Karen enjoys a good mystery novel or British detective show, as well as her favorite wine with her husband.
